Responsibilities:
• Handle phone enquires and complaints from Corporate Banking Customer
• Resolve customer complaints and urgent matter via phone
• Conduct contact center administrative work when necessary
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma Holder
• Experience in Corporate Banking Customer Servicing would be advantageous
• Customer oriented and positive attitude
• Fluent in Cantonese is a must. (Fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage)
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications

About Work:
• 5 days per week
• Working Hours: 09:00-18:00
• Working Location: Quarry Bay
• Comfortable working environment
