Californian style kitchen, The Shack, opened it’s first flagship restaurant in Hong Kong.
California is rich in sunshine, fresh ingredients and different ethnic food. We offer diverse taste integrating disparate cooking styles from Italy, Japan, France, Spain, Mexico and China… using only freshly prepared and high quality ingredients, from meat, seafood, vegetables, to salad, BBQ, pizza, etc. Guests can enjoy authentic California kitchen by our sunny glass curtain wall, with Classic Vintage cocktails and Specialty Coffee.
5-5.5 working days per week, 9 hours a day, shift on public holidays
Annual leave, statutory holidays, sick leave allowance, etc.
